There is nothing more important than ensuring you have accurate job descriptions and know the physical demands for the job. A iWorks Health Job Analysis determines the essential functions and the physical demands associated with each job for ADAAA and EEOC compliant job descriptions.

Employers can use job analysis for process improvements, ergonomic changes, safety updates and transitional duty plans. They are also helpful in creating comprehensive safety and injury prevention programs. Additionally, job analyses are used to create Post-Offer/Pre-Employment (POPE) tests.
