A Job Analysis will outline essential job functions and physical demands, which then can be used for:

  • Process improvements, ergonomic changes, safety updates and transitional duty plans
  • Creating comprehensive safety and injury prevention programs
  • Post-Offer/Pre-Employment (POPE) tests

All iWorks Health job analyses are performed by trained, licensed therapists. Each job analyses generally require a minimum of 4 hours of observation, data collection, and video recording of the job tasks.
