PDRWorks is thrilled to announce our newest team member Natalie Patterson!
Natalie joined PDR in 2017 and currently works as an Occupational Therapist at the Burnsville iSpine/PDR Clinics location. She holds a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy from St. Catherine University, and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and is excited to be on the iWorks team!
Describe your job at iWorks Health: My role as a iWorks Therapist is to provide one on one treatment for employees and participate in services for employers to help facilitate and support injury prevention. My job tasks include: OSHA First Aid Intervention, Ergonomic Screens, Job Analysis, Post Offer Testing, and Ergonomic Consultation.
What do you love about iSpine/PDR? What is the best part of your job? I am a part of an amazing team, in both of my roles as a therapist for iSpine/PDR Clinics and iWorks. The best part of my job is having the opportunity to provide high quality, comprehensive, and evidence-based treatment to support my patients’ and clients’ successful occupational performance and participation in meaningful daily functional and work tasks.
